CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONDS

I sent the aforementioned letter to Electric Customer Service Department less than a week ago. In fact, they should not have received my package until Wednesday of last week. Imagine my surprise when I got a UPS slip on my door FRIDAY. That means they sent the package out the same day they got my letter. I had previously spoken with someone at Electric, who told me the process usually takes 2-3 weeks. I guess they liked my letter. What makes it even more funny is there was absolutely no response. Just a pair of new glasses in a box. I was kind of hoping for a letter back, but I guess I will just have to settle for new glasses.
